You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results. Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place


- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.. Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met


- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers


- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.
