- We act as sourcing and procurement partners, ensuring a seamless transaction process from inquiry to delivery while maintaining compliance with international trade standards.

- To strengthen our export operations team, we are hiring a Manager - Export Trade Operations who will oversee end-to-end execution of export orders, ensuring compliance, seamless logistics, and smooth coordination between buyers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Export Order Execution & Suppliers Coordination:

- Manage end-to-end trade execution from buyer inquiry to shipment and payment realization.

- Review buyer inquiries and verify product specifications, quantity, destination port, payment terms, and dispatch timelines.

- Assist in price negotiations, counter-offers, and finalizing contracts.

- Ensure buyer and supplier alignment on trade terms.

2. Export Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, including:.

- Pre-shipment: Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Inspection & Quality Certificates, Phytosanitary Certificate.

- Shipping Documents: Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Freight Booking Confirmation.

- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processing, bank documentation, and customs clearance.

3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination:

- Engage with suppliers to ensure availability of stock and quality compliance.

- Arrange third-party inspections (SGS, Cotecna, Bureau Veritas, etc.) to meet buyer requirements.

4. Payment Realization & Banking Transactions:

- Monitor and ensure on-time payment realization (LC, DA/DP, Advance Payment).

- Resolve any payment delays, discrepancies, or deductions with buyers and financial institutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Export Documentation & Compliance - Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.

- Negotiation & Communication Skills - Ability to liaise with suppliers effectively.

- Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Ability to handle trade disputes, quality claims, and compliance issues.

- ERP & Trade Platforms - Experience in SAP, CRM, export management software, or B2B platforms like Tradologie.com.

- Multi-tasking & Team Management - Ability to oversee multiple shipments and documentation processes simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications in Export-Import Management, INCOTERMS, or Trade Finance are a plus.

Experience:

- 8-10 years in export trade operations, international logistics, and documentation in Agro Commodities, FMCG, or related sectors.

- Hands-on experience in managing export documentation, LC transactions, customs clearance, and freight negotiations.

Industry Exposure:

- Agro Commodities (Rice, Spices, Pulses, Sugar, Edible Oil, etc.

- International B2B Trade & Cross-Border Logistics.
