About the Role:

- This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a dynamic Team Leader - New Client Acquisition based in ahmedabad.

- You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving business growth, and acquiring new clients for TradeIndia.com - Infocom Network Private Limited.

- Your daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

- Prospect, build relationships, and convert leads into paying customers

- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring

- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients

- Negotiate and close deals with clients

- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client acquisition

- Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth

- 2+ years of experience in team handling

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Strong understanding of B2B sales and the global trade market

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
