Trade Confirmation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Generate trade confirmations for FID products accurately and on a timely basis, adhering to ISDA and internal standards.

- Provide documentation support to Institutional Sales, Trading, and Bank Resource Management teams.

- Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives to improve the confirmation process.

- Proactively ivestigate and resolve trade confirmation discrepancies by collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Trading, and external clients.

- Escalate and mitigate risk issues while maintaining strong process controls.

- Efficiently complete daily tasks using a variety of appropriate tools, checklists, and systems.

- Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

- Create and maintain metrics reports using Excel.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all covered products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Banking Operations or a related industry, with exposure to financial products.

Knowledge:

Basic working knowledge of ISDA definitions.

Understanding of the basic lifecycle of OTC (Over-the-Counter) products.

Experience in negotiating confirmation language with clients.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree (Finance or a related field is preferred)
