Role Overview:
- As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
- You will conceptualize and maintain digital consistency across all brand touchpoints while working with a team of copywriters, designers, and brand strategists.
- This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, digital marketing, branding, and video production.
- You will be responsible for crafting short-form and long-form video scripts, collaborating with video production teams, and leveraging AI-driven content creation tools to enhance creative efficiency.
- Additionally, you will conduct creative reviews and workshops to elevate the overall creative output, ensuring TrackWizzs brand stands out in the competitive RegTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Brand Consistency:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with TrackWizzs brand vision and business goals.
- Ensure digital consistency across all customer touchpoints, including social media, website, email campaigns, video content, and advertising.
- Collaborate with brand strategists to create a strong, recognizable, and engaging brand voice.
- Continuously analyze industry trends and implement innovative creative solutions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring high-quality and engaging content output.
- Work closely with designers, brand strategists, and digital marketers to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the video production team to conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality video content.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and creative excellence within the team.
Content Creation & Social Media Strategy:
- Conceptualize and create compelling content for social media, including ad campaigns, carousels, infographics, and video scripts.
- Oversee the development of engaging marketing copies for web, social, blogs, emails, and performance marketing ads.
- Experiment with AI-powered content creation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Video Content & Scriptwriting:
- Develop high-quality short-form and long-form video scripts for marketing, product demos, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with motion graphic designers, videographers, and editors to ensure visually compelling storytelling.
- Ensure creative direction, tone, and messaging consistency in all video content.
- Experiment with innovative video formats, interactive content, and AI-generated visuals to push creative boundaries.
AI Content Creation & Experimentation:
- Leverage AI-driven content generation tools to optimize creative workflows and boost efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
- Test and experiment with new content formats, interactive storytelling techniques, and digital innovations.
Creative Reviews & Workshops:
- Conduct regular creative reviews to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Organize brainstorming sessions and workshops to enhance team creativity and innovation.
- Provide structured feedback and creative guidance to improve content, visuals, and storytelling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, creative technologies, and audience engagement tactics.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in creative direction, branding, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in creative storytelling, brand campaigns, and marketing content.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital advertising, and brand communication.
- Experience in video scriptwriting, creative strategy, and AI content creation.
- Ability to lead a team of copywriters, collaborate with designers, and drive campaign success.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, digital touchpoints, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, ChatGPT, MidJourney, and AI content generation platforms.
