Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with 20+ years of leadership experience in finance and accounting.

The role requires a seasoned professional who can provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities :

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligning with the company's long-term goals and vision.

- Lead annual planning and Budgeting.

- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and Companies Act.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes.

- Ensure transparency over the financial performance of the organization.

- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational efficiency and growth.

- Manage banking relationships and treasury functions.

- ensuring efficient deployment of funds.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate eisk, credit risks, and cyber risks Etc.

- Develop and implement internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.

- Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other executives, providing insights and recommendations for high-level business decisions.

- Manage relationships with investors, board members, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Technology & Digital Transformation: Drive finance digitalization, system implementation/enhancement.

- Improve reporting systems, financial analytics and process efficiency with focus on automation.

- Identify and address skill gaps, and collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance.

Experience:

- Minimum of 20 years + of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within BFSI sector.

- Proven track record in fund management, capital raising, and efficient capital allocation.

- Experience in IPO planning and execution and knowledge of rules and regulations.

Essential Skills:


- Financial Acumen Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Strategic Thinking & Vision: Ability to align financial plans with business goals and envision the company's long-term financial success.

- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate finance teams and collaborate effectively with other departments.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of effective interaction with investors, board members, and senior executives.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex financial data and address financial challenges.

- Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.

- Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations (RBI, SEBI guidelines, Companies Act regulations, GST).

- Technology Proficiency: Proven track record of financial system implementation, process improvement and re-engineering, financial modeling, data analytics, etc.

- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate dynamic business environments, adapt and manage change.

- Ethics & Integrity: High commitment to ethical standards and transparent financial practices with highest level of integrity.

- Knowledge and experience of Legal and Secretarial functions will be an added advantage.

- The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with the board of directors.
