Job dimensions:
- Responsible for brand management of Heavy Duty Diesel Engine oil and Auxiliary Products.
- Develop segment specific marketing strategy for commercial vehicles & tractor.
- Manage corresponding marketing budget.
- Responsible for portfolio and product life cycle as per business requirement.
- Responsible for segmentation, targeting and positioning of new product and revisiting the same for current product portfolio and make necessary changes as per business and market requirements.
- Responsible for conducting the promotion and brand activation for the segment.
Activities:
- Conceptualizing & executing Marketing strategy for Rubia & Auxiliary Products.
- Conduct and review all the marketing related activities in respective segment.
- Analyse target segments and existing product range, automotive trends and compensation and accordingly recommend product portfolio (Addition and Deletion).
- Execute with sales team all centrally designed consumer and Trade BTL activations.
- Contribute towards formulation of advertising campaigns for ensuring Brand communication ensures product positioning.
- Responsible for coordination with Global APAC marketing team for global inputs on brand.
- Market intelligence and corrective action based on same.
- Inputs on monthly indents for respective segment to ensure product availability of promo packs.
Accountabilities:
- Overall Performance/market share growth of the segment. Heavy Duty Diesel Engine oil & Auxiliary Products.
- Effectiveness of A&P marketing spend for the segment.
- Closely monitor sales performance and business environment to identify opportunities & threats.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing projects through Sales team.
- Product/Price positioning & brand strategy.
