- You will lead financial strategy, corporate governance, and business planning across a fast growing, multi-entity group while ensuring world-class financial controllership and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Controllership:
- Lead financial accounting, reporting, audits, and tax operations across all entities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, consolidation, and governance across group structures.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Core Finance & Strategy:
- Define and execute long-term financial strategy in alignment with hyper-growth plans.
- Own corporate finance, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Drive fundraising (equity & debt), investor relations, and capital allocation.
- Lead M&A, due diligence, valuations, and preparation of investment materials for PE/strategic partners.
Management Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver sharp MIS, dashboards, BI tools, and data-driven insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with CXOs to track KPIs, profitability, and ROI.
- Build a culture of data-led, financially disciplined decision-making.
Business Projects & Transformation:
- Lead financial due diligence and investor engagement processes.
- Oversee Information & Investment Memorandums, valuation exercises, and strategic analyses.
- Champion cost-saving, revenue assurance, and process streamlining projects.
- Drive ERP, Data Warehouse, and BI tool implementation for advanced analytics.
Taxation, Compliance & Treasury:
- Oversee direct & indirect taxation across a complex group structure.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flows, and banking relationships.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with founders, board members, and investors as a trusted financial advisor.
- Present board reports, investor decks, and business reviews with clarity and impact.
- Build, mentor, and scale a world-class finance team.
- Enable cross-functional alignment and financial discipline across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) (Tier 1 preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive finance leadership in consumer-tech, D2C, healthcare, or start-up ecosystems.
- Proven success in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and ERP/BI implementation.
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional stakeholder management and analytical skills.
