Role Overview:

- Lead supply chain network design and solution development for customer engagements.

- Provide engineered solutions across packaging, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.

- Oversee implementation and ensure solutions deliver maximum client value.

Key Responsibilities

- Support new business development with solution design and scope definition

- Develop layouts, process flow maps, and cost-based proposals

- Present solutions to BU heads and clients, negotiate improvements

- Lead logistics process and IT migration for new projects

- Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and timelines during implementations

- Act as neutral interface between operations and clients, driving cost and process improvements

- Analyze innovation trends and recommend new technologies

- Manage direct reports, training, and performance management

- Strong expertise in logistics, SCM solution design, and business development

- Knowledge of costing, KPI monitoring, and client engagement
