Role Overview:

Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for assembly products, ensuring quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and conducting floor analysis

- Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods and confirming standards

- Guide technicians on processes for new product introduction

- Develop and maintain process documents, BOMs, and routings

- Drive continuous improvements for quality, productivity, and cost savings

- Investigate operational problems and recommend solutions

- Support design engineering with DFX (Design for Cost/Test/Manufacturability/Assembly)

- Provide decision-making data on production, labor, and materials

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge in fabrication, product design, operations, and sheet metal

- Exposure to automotive and manufacturing industries
