Area Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop annual business plans and sales targets.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for network expansion and feasibility studies for new stores.
Retail Marketing & Operations:
- Plan and execute regional marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating with various teams.
- Develop and roll out regional sales schemes.
- Manage franchisee relations and ensure operational efficiency.
Customer Experience & Feedback Management:
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee store performance and implement necessary improvements.
People & Talent Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Ensure employee engagement and talent succession planning.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5-6 years,
Skills: Customer Centricity, Business Acumen, Team Building, and Ambiguity Tolerance.
