Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a premium customer experience through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs and repeat buyers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Team Management:
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
- Support training initiatives and daily team huddles.
- Help manage shift rosters and ensure optimal floor coverage.
Store Operations:
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory counts, and ensure shrinkage control.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs: billing, returns, warranty processes, cash handling, etc.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track individual and team performance metrics.
- Submit daily/weekly sales updates to Boutique Manager and Area Manager.
- Share customer feedback and competitor insights proactively.
