Data-driven Content Leader to spearhead our content strategy and execution across B2C and EdTech verticals. This role demands a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, learning journeys, and digital storytelling to drive engagement, brand authority, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

- Define and lead the overall content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals.

- Develop content frameworks for different stages of the user journey awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.

- Build and manage a high-performing content team including writers, editors, designers, and freelancers.

Content Creation & Management

- Oversee creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, and course materials.

- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, readability, and platform-specific best practices.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and academic teams to align messaging and tone.

B2C & EdTech Focus

- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with learners, parents, and educators.

- Develop content that simplifies complex educational concepts and promotes learning outcomes.

- Drive engagement through storytelling, testimonials, and interactive formats.

Performance & Optimization

- Use analytics tools to track content performance and user engagement.

- A/B test headlines, formats, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

- Continuously refine content based on feedback, trends, and performance data.

Brand & Voice

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

- Ensure content reflects the company's mission, values, and educational philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership.

- Proven track record in B2C and EdTech content creation and campaign success.

- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing funnels.

- Excellent storytelling, editing, and communication skills.

- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, WordPress, and LMS platforms.
