Role Overview:
As the CMO, you will be the strategic leader responsible for driving brand growth, user acquisition, and engagement across all B2C channels. You will craft and execute a compelling marketing vision that positions Impacteers as the go-to platform for career transformation in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and evolve the brand identity, voice, and narrative aligned with Impacteers' mission.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including web, mobile, social, and offline.
Growth & Performance Marketing:
- Lead B2C marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels using data-driven strategies.
- Scale user base from tens of thousands to millions through targeted acquisition and retention efforts.
Content & Community Engagement:
- Oversee content strategy including blogs, videos, webinars, and influencer collaborations.
- Build and nurture communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Product Marketing & CRM:
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with platform features and user journeys.
- Manage CRM tools, email automation, landing pages, and user segmentation.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Mentorship, and Learning teams to align goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and contribute to executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 institutes (IIM/ISB preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 5 years in EdTech or consumer tech.
- Proven success in scaling digital platforms and managing large marketing budgets.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, brand building, and funnel optimization.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Success Metrics:
- 10x growth in registered users within 12 months.
- Significant improvement in brand awareness and engagement.
- Achievement of monthly CPA and ROI targets.
- Establish Impacteers as a top-tier EdTech brand in India.
