Job Description :
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Operations for the enterprise vertical.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership of Enterprise training operations for all verticals
- Responsible for end-to-end project operations - project management, team management, budget and timelines
- Build new hunting & farming opportunities from various corporates.
- Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines
- Maintain and submit training reports and documents
- Keep control of your calendar in a proactive way, Create Pre-Journey plan (PJP) in consent with the Stake holders
- Sharing daily/weekly progress report of project deliverables & timelines.
- Deliver outstanding service for all the Enterprise business.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- 10-15 years of which should have at least 8-10 years in hard core training handling multiple projects, multiple clients and training programs with exposure primarily in the B2B space.
- 10 Years plus in Team management role managing multiple projects.
- Must have led a large team in excess of 50+ On roll + consultants.
- Excellent Stakeholder management with having worked in direct circle of CXOs and relevant leadership role.
- Excellent Project Management skills through meticulous planning & execution.
- Strong credential of developing and maintaining relationships with Possess the ability of assessing market needs; gathering and synthesizing requirements from customers; understanding the competitive environment. Communicating the customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue.
- Knowledge & understanding of enterprise L&D ecosystem.
