The broad areas of responsibility:
Content Marketing:
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyze web traffic metrics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- Lead Generation & Retention marketing CRM Campaign Management
- Responsible for retention marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.
- Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Manage & Implement IPS/Domain and Monitor their performance
Expertise And Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in digital marketing domain
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Webiste technologies, Content Management Systems, CRM, Sales Force
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Ability to align with business teams and aligning goals
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal skills, self-starter
- Experience in managing team of 5
