About the Role:

- We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new and existing products across our platforms.

- This role demands a sharp strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and hands-on execution capabilities.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, drive user acquisition, and accelerate growth.

- As a rapidly scaling organisation with a 1000+ member team, we need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structured thinking to dynamic problems.

- You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Content, and Tech teams to ensure all initiatives are deeply aligned with our brand vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and own the Go-To-Market strategy for key product launches and feature rollouts.

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and build actionable strategies.

- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and growth loops.

- Work closely with product and design teams to shape positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.

- Execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, partnerships, and affiliates.

- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and optimize based on data-driven insights.

- Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, cohort analysis, etc. ) to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements:.

- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably in a consumer internet or tech-driven company.

- Proven experience building and executing successful GTM strategies.

- Strong understanding of user journeys, funnels, and conversion metrics.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, Facebook/Google Ads, Mixpanel, etc.

- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach; comfortable working with data to derive insights.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

- MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 institute is preferred but not mandatory.
