We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS) in the Digital Lending domain. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to design, develop, and deploy a scalable LOS that enhances customer experience and improves operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LOS implementation.
- Align LOS features with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize functionalities based on business impact and feasibility.
- Enhance customer experience by designing a frictionless digital loan application & approval journey.
- Identify bottlenecks in the loan origination process and propose automation & AI-driven enhancements.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize credit underwriting & approval workflows.
- Engage with lenders, credit risk teams, legal & compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Partner with third-party vendors, fintech platforms, and core banking systems for integration.
- Lead the end-to-end LOS implementation, including vendor selection, system design, integration, and deployment.
- Work with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Define and track KPIs to measure success and adoption.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and Tier I or Tier II management schools
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with core lending systems (LOS / LMS) as Product Manager
- Overall understanding of Lending Life cycle
- One End to End IT project implementation experience in the Digital Lending space.
- Prior experience of working in an NBFC setup will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with vendor management experience
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
