Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the deployment and enhancement of Distributor Management Systems and Sales/Field Force Automation solutions. - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications. - Support integrations between DMS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training sessions. - Monitor data accuracy, compliance, and performance metrics within sales and distributor platforms. - Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
