Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis


- Step into the role of Assistant Manager, where you will empower our Corporates segment by enhancing sales and revenue strategies, directly under the mentorship of the Finance Manager Customer Markets.


- This pivotal position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with our finance GTM/FP&A teams, fostering partnerships across departments to propel business success.


About the Role:


- Partner closely with finance leaders to operationalize the sales & revenue plan/forecast for a business segment.


- Communicate effectively to business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearly.


- Prepare management reporting of actual monthly results and variances for sales, revenue, and other KPIs.


- Consolidate & validate results across the team, ensuring standards and tight deadlines.


- Detail-orientated and able to query, validate and audit data, systems & processes.


- Lead & proactively contribute to process improvement/ simplification/ excellence initiatives.


- Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and revenue in their segment.


- Engage & coach other team members to improve standards.


- Drive preparation of business presentations/briefing notes and start presenting them to stakeholders periodically


- Responsible for journal entries, data collation, data mining and extend support to team.


About You:


- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a Finance role


- Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment


- Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results


- Strong communication and people skills; Ability to openly and confidently story tell with management


- Strategic and critical thinker


- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting


- Demonstrate adoption of the TR Mindsets and Behaviors.
