The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in textiles (Yarn) - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to disrupt. Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over - 400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. Position Title: Senior Manager Sales

Location: Bangalore

What We Are Looking

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Sales to join our team. This role is perfect for a high-performing sales professional who excels in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

3. Handle High-Value Deals: Manage product sales with an average order value of - 30-40 lakh, showcasing expertise in closing complex deals.

4. Strategic Selling: Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.

5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with product offerings and deliver seamless solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience: 3-4+ years in a business sales role with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets, preferably in manufacturing and related industries.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage high-value sales and close large deals.

- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and team coordination skills.
