Job Title: PMC Head Interior Projects

Location: Powai, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic PMC Head to lead and oversee all aspects of project management for our interior commercial projects. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong expertise in planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution, and handover.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP (Microsoft Project) and other project planning tools.

- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.

- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works with proficiency in relevant MEP software.

- Conduct regular site visits, review meetings, progress reporting, and provide corrective measures when required.

- Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed parameters.

- Lead the PMC team by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design (Masters degree preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in interiors (commercial/retail/corporate fit-outs).

- Strong expertise in MSP (Microsoft Project) and MEP software/tools.

- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
