
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Drive the annual and long-term strategic planning process in coordination with business units.
- Support leadership in formulating corporate goals and aligning them with operational execution.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities (organic/inorganic), new markets, and business models.
Business Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key business metrics, competitor performance, and industry trends.
- Prepare strategy dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations for CXOs and Board meetings.
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide timely insights on gaps and improvements.
Corporate Development & Projects:
- Work on M&A, JV, partnerships, and strategic investment initiatives in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
- Support due diligence, business case preparation, and post-merger integration where applicable.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) for aligned planning.
- Engage with external consultants, advisors, and research agencies as needed.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Recommend process enhancements to improve strategic alignment and business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and strategic foresight within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1012 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning roles.
- Exposure to diversified industries and experience working directly with senior leadership.
- Preffered 2-4 years in Real estate
- Strong financial acumen, project management, and analytical capabilities.
