- We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our Client Servicing team.

- This role will be responsible for managing the client servicing team, leading key client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and enhancing client satisfaction.

- The role will involve both strategic and operational oversight, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage the client servicing team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of digital marketing strategies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring all client requirements are understood and executed effectively.

- Develop, implement, and manage strategic digital marketing plans for clients to improve their online presence and performance.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control for client deliverables.

- Regularly present campaign performance reports and insights to clients, recommending optimization strategies.

- Collaborate with creative, media, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of client campaigns.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep clients updated on digital best practices.

Qualification Requirements:.

Education:.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing is preferred.

Experience:.

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or account management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and leading a client servicing team.

Certifications (optional but advantageous):.

- Google Ads Certification.

- Facebook Blueprint Certification.

- Certifications in SEO, SEM, or Digital Strategy from recognized institutions.
