
Job Description:
- Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing and hiring.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Manpower planning, Budget preparation.
- Create a culture of Employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and teamwork.
- Oversee and manage a performance management/ appraisal system that drives high performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to both strategic and operational roles.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, MS Office, and payroll software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
