Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a sales and technical team in North India.
2. Drive business development initiatives and generate leads.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and their end customers.
4. Develop mindshare among partners and ensure consistent business growth.
5. Handle both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.
6. Conduct presentations, product demos, and support certification initiatives.
7. Ensure achievement of sales targets and periodic reporting.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Willingness to learn technology and pursue relevant certifications.
4. High degree of self-motivation and a target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; Technical background is a plus.
Prior experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Surveillance, or Enterprise IT products is preferred.
