- Tetrahedron (TMS) is building its team and hiring for Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Accounts Manager to oversee the HR functions and manage financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Human Resources and Accounts, with the ability to handle a range of responsibilities across both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding.

- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.

- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and update policies as required.

- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.

- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Ensure timely payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Accounts:

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

- Ensure timely tax filings, statutory compliance, and preparation for audits.

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Review and reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

- Process payroll and manage employee-related accounting records.

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in both HR and accounting roles.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee management.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

- Solid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).

- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
