Department: Sales & Marketing Seeds.
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent.
Experience Required: 5-7 years in agri-input sales, preferably in seeds.
Languages Preferred: Local language (mandatory), English, Hindi (as per region).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets in the assigned territory through effective channel and field engagement.
- Build and manage strong dealer and distributor networks.
- Conduct farmer awareness programs, product demos, and field events.
- Monitor market trends, collect feedback, and report on competition.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demand planning and product availability.
- Ensure timely reporting and achievement of KPIs.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture or related stream.
- 5-7 years of successful field experience in agri-input sales (preferably hybrid seeds).
- Strong network in the assigned territory.
- Good communication, sales planning, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural markets
