Territory Sales Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Winning rate contract with all private/public hospitals to achieve sales and NPE targets.

2) Should possess complete understanding of key stakeholders in private channels.

3) Introduce the KOLs, Nurses and the patients to to ensure new patient discharge on products through Nurses.

4) Meets or exceeds sales targets by promoting Ostomy Care portfolio and by providing limited nursing-like services to selected Health Care Professionals in the field.

5) To the degree necessary, educates patients about life with an Ostomy, Ostomy Care portfolio and supports them in choosing the optimal appliance and accessory out of this portfolio.

6) Closely follows pre-defined call plan based on Segmentation and Targeting and records activity to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts.

7) Develops Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) together with immediate manager for selected high priority accounts.

8) Executes on ASAP plans to ensure maximum effectiveness of call plan.

9) Ensures product availability and rate contract with the hospitals.

10 ) Strictly follows timelines around sales process such as SFDC reporting, submission of NPE data, travel expenses etc.

11) Ensures execution of annual business plan activities such as product evaluation, CMEs, ISPs, RTMs, Care Clinics to create loyalty towards products.

12) Develops and maintains long-term relationships with KOLs leading to create brand preference and increase business.

13) Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge

14 ) Creates transparency in secondary sales (in-market sales) e.g dealers to hospitals, pharmacies & end users.

15 ) Ensures compliance with the code of conduct at all times.

16 ) Develops and maintains productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization.

Education and Experience (Knowledge and skills):

- 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (Pharmaceutical & Medical device field strongly preferred).

- Degree in Science/Pharmacy, diploma/degree in sales or marketing management will be preferred.

- Understands and successfully follows the sales cycle

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Business and clinical knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, administrative capabilities.
