Territory Sales Manager


Job Activities:


- Engage in consultative selling based on real-time application needs.

- Proposal Development and Submission.


- Draft techno-commercial proposals tailored to the customer's needs.

- Ensure accurate costing and alignment with internal pricing guidelines.

- Deliver order booking aligned with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

- Track performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.

- Contribute to the business units growth strategy by closing key accounts.

- Sales Activity and Performance Monitoring and updates in the CRM system.

- Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on lead status and closures.

- Analyze win/loss trends to improve engagement strategies.

Market Intelligence and Competition Tracking

- Monitor industry developments and digital transformation trends.

- Track competitor offerings and benchmark features and pricing.

- Provide inputs to product and marketing teams to refine value proposition.

- Achieve sales Budget by Formulating Sales Strategy from broad directives of RM.

- Drive volume and distribution expansion for assigned territory.

- Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.

- Set targets for primary network as per the guidelines with due regards to volume growth, outflow and extraction of market potential.

- Build / strengthen relations with Key Customers across the territory.

- Ensure optimal allocation and effective utilization of A&P budget.

- Ensure effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc.

- Establish Market intelligence for information on Competition and business environment.

- Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to.

- Plan, Budget & Control all Expenses with effective monitoring systems.

- Map & analyze secondary network and take suitable action to ensure stability and growth.

- Conducting demand generation activities.
