
Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring and retaining customers within the SMB segment.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads in companies with annual revenue under 100 crore.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the SMB market and grow Kaizenat Technology's footprint.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs to provide tailored ANSYS simulation solutions, emphasizing value for smaller-scale businesses.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, SMB challenges, and ANSYS product developments to effectively position solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in product sales, preferably within the simulation industry and SMB segment.
- Education: Bachelors and Master's degree in engineering (preferred) or Business Administration.
- Market Understanding: Knowledge of SMB-specific challenges and requirements in simulation solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving targets, excellent negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt strategies for the unique needs of SMB clients.
