- Sales Management: Achieve monthly primary sales targets across all product categories.

- Dealer Network Management: Expand dealer base, control attrition, and ensure dealer profitability.

- Market Development: Conduct demand generation activities, implement promotional campaigns, and increase market share.

- Customer Engagement: Address dealer and end-customer grievances, ensure after-sales service, and maintain long-term relationships.

- Payment Collection & Compliance: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the tyre or automotive industry.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and customer relationship management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering; MBA preferred.

- Ability to manage sales operations and deliver consistent revenue performance.
