Experience: Minimum 6-8 Years of experience from Bank/ NBFC and good knowledge of Gold Loan business.
Experience from GL company will be an added advantage.

Job Description:.
- Should- be able to- manage the portfolio for- Gold- Loan/financial business within its territory.
- Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.
- Identifying & taking- initiatives for launching- new branches across the assigned- territory.
- Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
- Training the sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team.
- Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
Job Specification:.
- Graduate/post graduate with minimum 6-7- Years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
- Basic knowledge about computers is a must.
- Should be ready to travel extensively.
- Should possess excellent Networking Skills- and Communication skills.
- Should be able to handle- 5-6- branches.
