- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in tender management and bidding processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the tender department in identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids for various government and private sector projects.
- Proficiency in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal is essential.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Tender Identification and Analysis: Actively search and identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources, including online portals, newspapers, and client communications.
- Analyze tender documents (including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria) to assess the feasibility and competitiveness of bids.
- Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.
- Bid Preparation and Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive and compliant bid documents, ensuring adherence to all tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e. , sales, marketing, technical, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs for bid preparation.
- Prepare and organize technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
