Tender Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire tender process, from identification of opportunities to submission of proposals.

- Analyze tender documents and specifications to understand client requirements and evaluation criteria.

- Develop and implement tender strategies to maximize our chances of success.

- Prepare and compile comprehensive tender proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs.

- Ensure timely submission of tender proposals, adhering to strict deadlines.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform tender strategies and pricing.

- Manage and maintain a database of tender documents, templates, and information.

- Ensure compliance with tender regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Manage and track tender submissions, monitoring progress and outcomes.

- Conduct post-tender reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Manage tender budgets and control costs.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on tender activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and tender management software.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
