Location - Udaipur (Raj.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and explore new markets, distributors, and channel partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with global customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade policies.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of international sales, exports, and global trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export documentation software.
- Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in B2B international sales (manufacturing, engineering products, industrial equipment, or similar industries).
- Knowledge of export procedures, incoterms, and global trade compliance.
- Prior experience in managing distributors/agents overseas.
- Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.
