- Skilled in leveraging CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to overcoming operational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to both internal teams and customers.
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in the travel industry or with holiday booking platforms will be a distinct advantage.
