Role Summary:


As a Team Leader Sales, you will be pivotal in steering a high-performing sales team responsible for driving holiday bookings and revenue growth. You will implement targeted sales initiatives, monitor team KPIs closely, and lead your team to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets. This role requires hands-on management of daily sales operations combined with strategic input to improve workflows and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly booking and revenue goals.

- Design and execute tailored sales campaigns specific to target customer segments to maximize conversion rates.

- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing actionable feedback and coaching to optimize sales effectiveness.

- Facilitate real-time resolution of complex customer queries, escalating issues as necessary to maintain superior service standards.

- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional activities and product launches.

- Conduct detailed analysis of booking patterns and customer feedback to refine sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.

- Drive process improvements by coordinating between sales, operations, and customer service departments to reduce booking cycle times and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Mentor team members on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and evolving travel trends to maintain market relevance.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting sales achievements, bottlenecks, and resource needs.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Proven track record of leading sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, preferably in travel or hospitality sectors.

- Deep understanding of holiday booking cycles, consumer behavior, and sales conversion levers specific to travel services.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.

- Skilled in leveraging CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to overcoming operational challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to both internal teams and customers.

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.

- Experience in the travel industry or with holiday booking platforms will be a distinct advantage.
