- As a Senior Account Manager - Sales, you will spearhead strategic management of high-value client portfolios, driving sustained revenue growth and deepening customer relationships.

- Working closely with the sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead complex sales initiatives, mentor team leaders, and ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead management of key and strategic accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and client satisfaction.

- Develop comprehensive account plans that align with Teletext's business objectives and customer needs.

- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of holiday packages and services.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.

- Collaborate with Team Leaders and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and share best practices.

- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting for assigned accounts.

- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and customer retention.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to Team Leaders and junior sales staff, fostering skill development and performance excellence.

- Partner with marketing and product teams to customize offerings and promotional campaigns tailored to client segments.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine account strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of proven sales and account management experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related sectors.

- Strong track record of managing large, complex accounts and exceeding revenue targets.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring sales teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage senior client executives.

- Strategic mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

- Travel industry experience or knowledge of holiday booking platforms is highly desirable
