Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic and international clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and manage a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in handling domestic and international clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team building and team handling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Immediate to 15-day notice period.
