Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and streamline our daily business functions, internal operations, and vendor coordination.
Operations Management:
- Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and ensure quality service delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.
Resource Management:
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to optimize productivity.
- Monitor financial data and operational expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Process Improvement:
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree with 8-12 years in operations, administration, or a related role.
- In business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- IT Industry-specific experience.
- Certification in Operations Management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management).
