Objectives : Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Renewals.
Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization - Accelerate business growth by deepening key account engagement, maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring strong renewal rates for sustained revenue.
Partnership Expansion - Cultivate and strengthen strategic alliances with technology partners to enhance solution offerings and expand market presence.
Operational Excellence - Streamline account management, drive renewal success, and foster cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Strategy & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer retention, optimize renewal processes, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strategic Account Leadership : Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term growth, satisfaction, and business continuity.
- Partner Ecosystem Expansion : Establish and strengthen strategic alliances with technology providers to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Partnership Program Management : Design and implement engagement strategies, including partner enrollment, program development, joint go-to-market initiatives, and enablement efforts.
- Sales & Alliance Optimization : Analyze sales and partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies to enhance business impact.
- Industry Leadership & Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry conferences, deliver thought leadership presentations, and strengthen partnerships with global technology leaders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive seamless execution on strategic accounts and business initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience & Industry Expertise : 15+ years of success in strategic account management, renewals, and sales growth, preferably within Unified Communications, SaaS, or IT services.
- Partnership & Business Development : Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic technology partnerships, driving joint initiatives and market expansion.
- Revenue Growth & Negotiation : Expertise in contract negotiations, renewals, and revenue optimization through upselling and cross-selling.
- Enterprise & Global Engagement : Proven experience working with enterprise clients and global service providers to drive long-term business success.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Strong leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.
- Technical & Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of Unified Communications, cloud-based solutions, and partner ecosystems.
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
