About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high performing sales team.

- As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving our sales targets.

- This is a leadership position that requires a proven track record of sales success, exceptional coaching abilities, and a passion for developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.

- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales representatives, building a strong and cohesive team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and target customer segments.

- Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify trends and areas for optimization.

- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance and trends.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.

- Present sales performance reports to senior management.

Sales Team Development:

- Provide ongoing coaching and development to sales representatives, helping them improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management techniques.

- Identify and implement training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and drive professional growth.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- 4+ years of proven success in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.

- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
