- Business Development & Sales Strategy Proactively identify targets and secure business opportunities in passenger, commercial, and private jet segments.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover opportunities in existing and emerging markets, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan in collaboration with local management to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
- Act as the primary representative of the company in client interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Secure profitable new clients through direct engagement, including telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
- Regional Strategy Execution Develop and execute passenger sales strategies across the region in line with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager - KSA to maintain and grow relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring business continuity and growth.
- Implement a strategic business plan to attract new clients/accounts and increase the region's annual revenue.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and operational strategies.
- Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular updates to local management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, sales forecasts, and revenue growth metrics.
- Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales,
- Proven experience in managing a team and driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market, including key clients and competitors.
