Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities through direct sales channels.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations to drive closures.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation in line with organizational standards.

- Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and new opportunities to leadership.

- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- (MBA preferred).

- 3-8 years of proven experience in business development or direct sales.

- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a consultative sales approach.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.

Good to Have:

- Experience in solution-based/consultative selling.

- Existing client network within the industry
