We are seeking a skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep knowledge in HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules to join a high-impact, strategic client engagement.

This role will provide end-to-end application support for Infor systems over a two-year managed services period, leading to a planned migration to Workday.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and provide valuable input during discovery sessions and migration planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver application support and maintenance for Infor HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules.

- Participate in discovery and assessment sessions to map current-state systems, workflows, and business processes.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Workday migration teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transition.

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Infor applications; provide root cause analysis and timely resolutions.

- Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, and enhancement development in a techno-functional capacity.

- Document functional and technical processes, application configurations, and support procedures.

- Offer advisory support and recommendations for process improvements and application optimization.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate progress, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 4+ years of Infor techno-functional experience, with expertise in HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules.

- Solid understanding of Infor architecture, including workflows, forms, business classes, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience supporting Infor applications in managed services or client-facing engagements.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to independently manage tickets, change requests, and minor enhancements.

- Exposure to Workday or involvement in migration planning is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Infor ION, IPA (Infor Process Automation), and BODs (Business Object Documents).

- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (e., SOX, GDPR).

- Agile or ITIL experience for structured support delivery
