Technical Sales Manager

Strategic Sales & Market Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales plans to reach revenue targets and broaden the customer base.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Lead sales efforts, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations, to secure new business and grow existing accounts.

Technical & Application Support:

- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.

- Manage and provide hands-on product application support at paper mills, understanding product performance, technical suitability, and customer benefits.

- Plan, coordinate, conduct, and supervise all technical product trials and assess their performance.

- Study and recommend the suitability of raw materials for final products.

- Maintain a Technical Account Plan for all customers with detailed information on paper mill specifics and application details.

- Help resolve customers' technical queries, clarifications, and complaints, providing continuous support for changing needs.

Internal Collaboration & Product Innovation:

- Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.

- Actively work with Artemyn's manufacturing plants to address product-related technical and application issues.

- Actively participate in New Product Development and Innovation, aligned with evolving customer needs.

Reporting & Logistics:

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

- Prepare all technical-related reports.

- Willingness to travel extensively throughout India to meet with customers and partners and conduct on-site work.
