Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and interviewers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the new role kick-off process, ensuring all parties have the necessary information for efficient recruiting.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Dice, and Google, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring efficient and effective interview processes.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Vultus - organized, accurately documenting interviews and feedback.
- Work closely with the on-boarding team to ensure they have all the information they need to onboard new hires.
Employer Branding & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):
- Act as a Quadrant employer brand champion, attending meetups, career fairs, and conferences.
- Assist with planning and executing recruiting events.
- Support Quadrant's DE&I values by collaborating with the People team to develop and implement innovative ways to attract and hire diverse talent.
- Promote and support a inclusive hiring process.
Relationship Building & Process Improvement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide market and talent insights to hiring managers.
Your Superpowers:
Experience:
- 2+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience using an ATS (bonus points for Vultus).
- Prior experience building strong partnerships with the hiring managers.
