Responsibilities:
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Identify employee training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Maintain training records and track employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files and processing HR transactions.
- Generate HR reports and metrics.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Experience using HR information systems (HRIS).
Education:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with payroll processing.
