Title: Tech Project Manager (Enterprise Systems) Location - Pune Skills/Qualification: - Experience in software, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management - Proven experience in the implementation of enterprise applications - any ERP - Any exposure to ERPNext/Frappe will be a plus - Ability to understand Yagna business model, TOC, and specific software product requirements - Experience in delivering complex software projects on deadline - Ability to work with internal stakeholders, as well as external development partners - Strong inclination to follow processes and standards, validate development work, and deliver high-quality solution - Ability to visualize scalable, sustainable future roadmap for the software product Responsibilities: - Independently own the development process, working closely with external development partners - Ensure tested and validated product against the requirements - Ensure that proper documentation is in place for the built product - Facilitate successful implementation for the client - Act as a single point of contact for any support requirements Compensation/terms - Remote working, with occasional meetings in Pune office
