Job Description:
Lead the delivery of large-scale, global technology projects for high-profile clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships and ensuring seamless execution across business and technical domains. Drive consultative selling, technical leadership, and governance, while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at all levels (operational to CXOs).
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies and solutions, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects, aligning with client and company goals.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Implement best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and governance.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring scalable and business-aligned solutions.
- Support AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive delivery excellence through tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans with clients.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring continuous improvement.
